One place tree, and a page a stranger can book from
Underneath every kind of place is one self-nesting record. A senior living suite, an assisted care room, a Panchakarma clinic and a rest pavilion are the same kind of thing: unified with clear pricing and availability. That is what lets a single browse page carry all of them.
On top of it sits a public marketplace. An operator publishes a place; a stranger filters to it, reads its amenities, sees which days it is actually free, and books one — without making an account, and with the order trackable afterwards from its own link.
Ojas Care owns, develops and staffs none of the places listed on it. Each one belongs to the operator who published it and who carries the on-site liability. What Ojas Care is, is the booking record between you and them.
We are early enough that saying so is the honest position. There is no reference customer to point at, and if you list a place here you would be among the first.
The venture behind it, and where it has got to
Ojas Care exists to build living healing campuses rooted in classical human Ayurveda, longevity protocols and dignified elder care, situated in rural India: ground that physicians, Vaidyas, care teams, researchers and seekers can do their own work on, and that is lawful, measured and pays for itself rather than living on a grant line.
That part is a plan on paper. There is no site, no laboratory, no instrument, no animal and no sample anywhere in this software: no land held, no building up, no equipment bought, nobody hired, and no capital approved for that work. The list is specific because a reader can check a list and cannot check a hedge.
The teaching would not be ours either, and that is a boundary rather than a gap. Courses, cohorts, curriculum and certification belong to the knowledge partner who already does that work. Ojas Care’s intended contribution is the place, the boarding, the access and the commercial rails they run on — the infrastructure, never the knowledge.

What we are — said plainly
We would rather be clear about where Ojas Care stops than over-promise.
Ojas Care is a marketplace and a booking record — never the owner, developer or on-site employer of a place listed on it. Every place belongs to the operator who published it, and they carry the physical, on-site liability. We do not settle an operator’s share automatically — money captured on a booking is not split or paid out by the platform, and is settled with the operator off this platform. We do not collect a security deposit at checkout, and nothing is held in escrow. There is no partner console and no self-serve listing flow. And the campus half of this venture is scoped, with no code behind it.
