What this actually is, before you type anything
The marketplace runs. The way onto it does not — that part is a person and an email, and we would rather you knew which is which.
- There is no partner console, no listing wizard and no supply dashboard — nothing to log into at all.
- There is no self-serve listing flow. A person reads what you send and sets the place up by hand.
- There are no bookings waiting for you. We have no customers yet, and you would be among the first.
- We do not settle your share automatically, collect a deposit, or hold anything in escrow.
What your place gets, once it is up
Set up by hand, and then it behaves like any other place on the marketplace.
A page a stranger can reach
Published on the public browse, filtered by what the place is, the city, the rate and how it is let. No account needed to find it, read it or book it.
A calendar that can say no for you
A day-by-day availability window on the place’s own page, and one night of one unit claimable exactly once — refused by a uniqueness constraint in the database rather than by a check that can lose a race.
The money against the booking
The day is held the moment the order is placed, before payment; an unpaid hold lapses after about two hours and the day goes back. Payment sits against the booking it belongs to, not in a list of transfers you match to names.
